These terms apply to the free use of inkForm Studio at www.inkform.de, including the writing trial and features that require an account.

1. Provider and service
The provider is Arda Gündogan, trading as “gndg”. See the legal notice for the full provider details.
With inkForm, you can turn text into editable handwriting, capture your own handwriting samples and export results. The studio also offers features for maths and diagrams. Without an account, you can convert one writing sample and share the result once. The other studio features require an account.
This version is free of charge. Registration does not trigger any payment. The studio currently offers no paid subscriptions.
2. Account and sign-in
You can sign in with an email code or with Google when the option is available. Use an email address or Google account you are authorised to access. Keep sign-in codes and access to your account secure. Sign out on shared devices.
If you are a minor, you need permission from your legal representative to register where required by law.
You can stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, email support@inkform.de. Explain what you need and keep codes and passwords private. Deleting your account does not automatically remove locally saved projects or files you have already exported.
3. Your content and fair use
You retain your rights in your own texts, handwriting samples and other content. Only use third-party content if you are allowed to use it for that purpose. This is especially important for other people's handwriting, signatures, photos and personal data.
Use inkForm lawfully. In particular, you must not forge signatures, deceptively impersonate another person, attack or deliberately disrupt the service, or bypass its access restrictions. When submitting work for school, university or employment, follow the applicable rules on independent work and disclosure.
If there are specific grounds to suspect misuse, the provider may temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect the service or others. Where reasonably possible, we will explain why and give you an opportunity to respond.
4. Device storage, exports and results
Your worksheets and handwriting samples generally stay in your browser profile. Your account does not currently sync them between devices. Clearing website data, switching browsers or using private browsing may make them unavailable later. Use the backup and export features to save important projects and handwriting separately.
Check recognised characters, formulae and diagram labels before using the results. Whether an export can be opened or edited elsewhere depends in part on the file format, the target app and its version. Third-party apps are subject to their providers' terms.
5. Service operation and statutory rights
Maintenance and technical problems may temporarily interrupt access. Applicable statutory rules govern claims for defects and damages, withdrawal and termination. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
6. Privacy and contact
The privacy notice explains how inkForm processes data when you use the studio or sign in. For questions about the service or your account, email support@inkform.de.
